  100% Pure Maple Syrup made the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.  This is made on premises with our own sugar maples and red maples to create our own uniquely delicious flavor of Maple Syrup. The sap flows from the trees to our sugar-house.  Maple Syrup a delicious treat can be used in your hot tea, coffee, on top of your ice cream, in recipes or just on your pancakes and waffles.  Amber Rich (lighter syrup with rich taste) Dark Robust ( Darker syrup with robust taste) and Very Dark (Very Dark syrup with strong taste).  We use a meter to grade our maple syrup.   Due to supply shortages we are using different jugs with different designs, therefore depending what I have in stock you may receive a different design that what is pictured.  After opening Maple Syrup it should be refrigerated. You can also freeze your syrup to extend its shelf life for an indefinite time. Unopened maple syrup can last for an indefinite time when stored in your fridge.
